It does not work like that.
I have about 5 accounts where I cannot pay by Entropay at all.
I tried a proper VISA card and I received the same error.
A glitch that seems to be spreading...

Just tried it on another account and it went straight through.
Yes it is a glitch. I now have 5 accounts in which I can't pay EBay Fees with Entropay. I don't think the issue is Entropay related...
