It depends on the bank
Some glitch out if you try to add them to PayPal right away after having just created the bank account so I would always give it 2/3 days if your not in a huge rush

You just put your stealth name in for that
Banks don't share the actual name with PayPal
Just make sure that the DD is never used and that the bank is OK with mismatching name deposits
