Short answer is long-term it won’t work usually

You might get a couple of months out of it but you might also just get a couple of days out of it

Not really a stealth account if its in your dads name :) Its just an account in his name

You can use your own bank account still though added to a PP in his name - so long as he is OK with that

Withdrawal to bank accounts is always the best cashing out method

You can use other methods but yes they do lead to a slightly high suspension rate. It really depends on the method your using

If you have gone through 1000's of accounts you really need to work out why....

I sell a lot on eBay but have only ever needed 20 or so working in rotation in the last 5 years

If your happy to not get returns then a return address isnt needed. If you do want to get returns and you only have your own address, then you can try an address variation of your own address added...

There are a couple of online banks that maybe an option. Payoneer is one (although its not perfect it does work)

If your a U.K. resident even if you are overseas you can usually open a U.K. bank account with an issue

RE the EU limitations, just PM and U.K. seller and they can help

1 - You can log into your bank accounts using any IP you want :). You only need to worry about IPs when your using eBay or PayPal

2 - Best to stick to a dedicated IP if you can

eBay usually you just change the details on and they wont ask for anything

PayPal will ask for documents.

I have never tried adding a UK account directly to an EU PayPal so I am not sure how easy it is
