Well I checked adobes website, the one where u can see the flash cookies installed and flash is not even installed on my Firefox portable, so it's not flash cookies.

But the thing is it isn't the same browser. It's a separate installed portable firefox in it's own separate folder though.

Maybe it's because I'm using the same Firefox portable across accounts? It's not updated, and yes @saijin, it's across all accounts.
