Same speed, except with phone u can change ip faster and check your signal strength,the mifi 2200, it's all guessing. Along with all else android.

Phone is better, just click airplane mode, turn it off, new ip. Way faster than mifi. Also u can pay for 5 bucks if u know Verizon pin. Just ask the seller to provide u with that.
