There is one thing with alibaba that I personally always check.
There are trading companies and there are manufacturers and some companies are both.
I would go with contacting manufacturers only....

The guy asks about Alibaba and immediately everyone thinks that he is going for ⊗⊗⊗⊗. I have dealt with many suppliers on alibaba. NEVER had a major issues. Defenitely not a 60% defect. Just order...
