Don't even log in to an ebay account to use guest checkout, no need to, can be done without being logged in, my last ebay account was limited indefinitely but never stopped me from buying as a guest,...

You don't even need to worry about this, just buy through the guest checkout option on eBay, then no do or don't worries over creating a new user account and whether it will get linked or not, not...
