Converting banned info on new or existing accounts may work short term, if docs wasn't supplied in the first place. Bot duplicate keywords is another factor, which may link accounts.

I think they only accept your full home address on your account.

This cannot be a PO/office/workplace address.

UK drivers license has a ten year expiry date, ebay should accept this form of id, so may be used if the account is within this time frame, until license renewed, same with passport (if made with 10...
