They cost on some forum about $110 monthly. People card with them Paypal and they work best with things as eBay Paypal, Banks and everything else, but I think much cheaper will be to purchase Uk sim...

That's really bad advice as residential RDP works best with UK PP/EBAY they see you as a normal home user when you use IP mentioned above they see your Ip as a data center.
But anyway I use 24vc now...
