No provisional, but the edited. Have used it for all the other accounts but this is the first time I've edited with a last name shorter than 4 letters. I'm pretty sure I messed up with the ID number...

Forgot to ask, do PayPal accept provisional licences or only drivers licences. As I'm trying to figure out where I fr**ked up with the original licence.

Yh unfortunately they've learnt to read now. Will do some tinkering and I think i've figured out the MRZ number format.
