I have ALWAYS used a PO Box address on ALL accounts I have EVER had....I dont want strangers having my home address period....think about it...you sell 500 items a month to 500 different...

No, ebay/paypal cannot access your registered info with your mailing address....that type of info is only available to GOVERNMENT agencies upon proved/legitimate need/request...other than that NOBODY...
