Thank you fox20c, since you said eBay knows exactly where the VCCs are coming from I guess it's not a good idea using it to confirm PayPal then? Or am I missing something? It seems like others are...

I see there are people who sell VCCs here but how is that better than using a visa gift card that can be reused to pay for gas or make a purchase? I mean it costs more buying a gift card for $25...
