ONLY if you use the VCC part, not if you use the main card.
Some newbies are not aware of the importance of this.
You implied differently, sorry.

This is what I like about entropay.
You make your VCC from your main account funds. Then attach just the numbers to PayPal. You are then good to go.
I suggest you do not worry...

Does work.
Can, and does depend on your card number.
There were issues months back with some countries.
What type of currency did you use, and how much did you add to your main entropay...
