Ok it's definitely paypal glitching. I was able to withdraw now on my 8th attempt on both accounts but now I can't log back in after 2 step authentication.

Just takes me to a help page.

Is it not working for anybody else at the moment ?

Two of my paypals are both saying "Sorry something is not right" when trying to withdraw. And the recent activity tab is showing my failed...
