if he used his credit card,he will file chargeback with his cc issuer if you wont allow him to return the item,his cc issuer would let him keep the item,his money and you will pay $20 chargeback fee....

Paypal always have item not as described cases,where have you been>
There is also UA -unauthorised activity,when the cc owner claimed it aint him using the card to make purchase.
