Here in USA,we have Medicare and Medicaid.
Neither of them pay doctors much,some doctors who do well serving patients who have private insurance policy wil say we dont take any new Medicare...

US is not a good place to get sick,the first question any hospital or doctor office asks is DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Doctors would give you a discount if you dont have insurance and pay with cash....
