He is not a licensed dealer or a pharmacy,he sells human insulin,any drug whether it is OTC or prescription that the buyer puts into his mouth can cause big liability down the road.

where does the money come from?
Most buyers would use their debit or credit card via Paypal to buy,their Paypal balance is often zero.

you could have bought something which is narcotics,steriods,drug parhernalia,controlled substance without realising it.Or your seller...
