I think the best option would be something like CryptoPay. It's only for Rus citizens for now. When it will be EU at least it would be much better, but I don't know when.

Privacy.com is a good alternative but it only support US and currently I don't know any website where i can buy a US number (as sms verification) but even if i buy us number, i can't verify myself...
