I think it is better to format you pc and then install windows again, than reinstall them over the excisting. You must have the installation file in cd or usb stick and then set your BIOS to boot...

Well, I used the app in the past for a while but I stopped as I didn't really liked it so that won't be a problem as I'm not going to even install it. Thank you for the tip though!
