I do sell on all 17 accounts. I can make hundreds of items a day with my equipment so selling heavily isn't much of an issue and I have friends/family who help me during the holidays to package...

Selling the same items is never the issue as long as you aren't reusing photos. I have been booted off numerous times and have shops selling the same items. As I said, I won't bow down to customers...

No clue regardless of location. I only know my own category (clothing) and geek items I look for on there to buy. But if it is selling in other locations, there's where you need to be.

Are you a Paypal only shop? If so, etsy shouldn't be holding funds. If you are in the mixed processing, etsy will reverse the payment to the buyer unfortunately.
