Customs Invoice Missing

Hello all. Please may somebody help.
I normally ship from China via DHL and the invoices are attached in front via zip lock bag and I receive the packages with customs invoices still intact. However my last shipment, the invoices are not there (invoice plastic ripped )nor are they inside the packages. Im wondering if customs normally keep these invoices or are they normally sent back

Items were normally generic clothing sent from China, passed thru Germany , then UK

Please any experience? Were your commercial invoices still intact outside the package or is it normal that it's missing when you receive the parcels ?

the invoice is attached outside but because the parcel moves around it can sometimes rip while in transit and gets lost so do not worry, if you need a copy of the invoice you can call up DHL and ask them to send you a scanned copy of the invoice to your email address which you can print out.
