Arrived at sort facility
 

My package with DHL has been on this status since January 19 at Hong Kong. I've called the UK customer service today and they said they'll contact Hong Kong when the office is open and said the label may have fallen off it. I don't think the label has fallen off, has anyone experienced similar?

Its only been 1 working day technically

I would give it a bit more time. Things move very slowly in HK on a weekend.

DHL Hong Kong work weekends, I've had packages processed on Saturday and Sunday all the time, put on the Sunday evening Aerologic 3S519 flight to Leipzig for arrival at East Midlands Sunday night. It's not yet the Chinese new year so it's a bit puzzling, unless they have a backlog.

Yep sometimes things do pass through on the weekend. Not always though, and they don't always update the tracking

I really would give it another day or 2

I have had things turn up on my door when they were shown as still being in HK a few times over the years

its china new year soon so its probably stuck in backlog.

China ALWAYS TAKES 2 WEEKS for me to get any package. Never had a package come faster than 10 days

It's usually 3 days for me this is the longest it's ever been. Tracking today is showing it in Dhaka Bangladesh, never had that one before lol

Mine always arrive in 2/3 days. @rook - if your shipments take ten days to arrive then it sounds like your supplier uses UPS rather than DHL. Either that or they are taking a long time to hand your shipments off to DHL. DHL is really fast. Sometimes my shipments cross the date line in transit and reach USA before they left HK, for a total transit time < 48hrs.

@Allan, I'm in USA but I've been experiencing some delays also. My supplier gave me 2 tracking numbers last Friday but neither shipment has even been picked up yet. I asked them about it and was told there was a big drug seizure last week in HK which has things backed up.

After a week in Bangladesh on clearance event it has changed today to "BROKER NOTIFIED TO ARRANGE FOR CLEARANCE". Been in contact with DHL every day, they have no idea why it's in Bangladesh and I'm getting nowhere fast.

it will probably stay that status a few days, as its waiting to get cleared for customs.

Usually my parcels from the USA go direct to heathrow, however there are times it goes to germany and then the UK.

It all depends on which plane, or flight is available for your parcel, so it could just be going the long way around.

Bangladesh? Could have been that your shipper made a mistake?
