Is it allowed?
Friend of mine told me it's prohibited.

It is very very very very very dangerous.
It is very likely prohibited.
Custom staffs are freaking sensitive.

It is going to depend on the powder and how you are importing it.

Agree - depends on what the powder is, how it's declared, etc.

It's just color dye like 1kg or 500 grams. Still dangerous?

I would take note of this post given he is from China himself, be careful OP. It may not be worth the hassle.

You can import powder with no problem as many companies presently do for paint bases, peptides, supplements etc.

However will need to confirm exactly what accompanying importing documents you will require from a reliable forwarder in the country you are importing into. Things like a certificate of analysis and list of ingredients spring to mind.

This certainly does not imply that customs will not take an interest either in China or the import country, as they may well do, however if they quickly pull it aside for testing and find nothing unsual, alongside the fact the product matches your supporting documentation and declaration you should be fine.

Also make sure that you are using a reliable forwarder in china who can easily navigate the export process for you and may be familiar with handling "sensitive" cargo, such as chemicals and food produce.

As a follow up to last point, this should be absolutley fine. Check with several facories manufacturing the product your looking into to determine if they have previously exported to countries like the US, Canada or UK and find out what supporting documentation was required by the customer alongside standard shipping docs. These countires tend to have the strictest import controls.

Additionaly check with freight forwarders on both export and import side used to dealing with chemicals to find out if anything else may be required.

Thank you for all your advice, really helpfull.

I'm not worried about customs in my country its the China customs that might be problematic.
Also i'm not buying directly from manufacturer but from reseller so they don't have any docs regarding the powder.

In that case depends how much going forward with this product really means to you and how much more you are prepared to invest..

if your supplier doesnt have any supporting documentation, which seems strange to be honest, but in any case find out from any reputable freight forwarder in China (if you can one that specialises in hazardous cargo) what specific documents China customs will want to see at the port before releasing the goods. You may need to pay someone like SGS or Intertek to run tests on your export batch, which can be costly. Good luck.
