DHL e-commerce to Canada

Is it possible to track the delivery of a package sent by DHL e-commerce to Canada? the tracking info say just that is arrived at destination but no give further details

From Us , yes I do , is strange there is the number format of DHL e-commerce and just show end of route arrived in Canada and no more information on delivery

The tracking do not update every days, just wait and when is delivered you will see it on the tracking.

DHL tracking is not an issue - YES even in Canada. I have shipments coming in from HK all the time, sent live updates via phone text. OP is not setup properly - not a DHL or Canada problem.

Yes, if you are talking about DHL Express. OP asked about DHL e-commerce and there is no tracking inside Canada for DHL e-commerce.

Tracking ends once the parcel arrived in CA.

Yes. DHL ecommerce stop give information once arrived in Canada
