What is the proof of postage?

I ship the item tu buyer in germany i am in italy and my account is US paypal. Item shipped from Italy to Germany. This is direct payment from paypal.
I dont know what document will i send to paypal for confirm tracking code, i already enter online tracking number but do not confirm and asked document proof of postage
what is the proof of postage document?

You are in Italy but you have a US paypal account and you shipped UPS Italy to Germany?
Is your tracking shows from Italy to Germany?
If Paypal takes your tracking number to UPS /USA,would it find your t racking number on UPS site?

i sent shipping label on the box but dont have company's stamp, only logo are there.

tracking number is show address and shipping details but want this document for verfy date. i dont understand.
