I need a proof of postage of HDNL carrier.

I do dropshipping on a few items and paypal asked me to provide a proof of postage. It's posted by HDNL. However I have no idea how HDNL postage receipt look like. I cannot find it on Google. I have got tracking number but you can only track them on their website. I don't have receipt with me. I also gave this tracking number with details to track the item already. So I have to stick with HDNL receipt.

The message from Paypal is shown below
"To help us resolve this matter promptly, we request that you provide a
front and back copy of the proof of postage for the package associated with
this claim."

"Front and back copy"...what if the back is blank?

In this case, can I just get creative with the Post office receipt and change Logo to be HTNL and change information. Will paypal notice that it is bogus one? What should I do?

unfortunately it is very possible they will check tracking online, so an invalid one wont work.

I have got working tracking number for that item. However I do not have hardcopy of the receipt. Can I just make some receipt up to show them? (I can put the tracking numner on the receipt too). But I am afriad they will notice it's not actual receipt althought the tracking number is working.

nothing wrong with saying you kept copy of tracking number but not actual receipt..sounds ok
