I would ship the items directly from china to customers ,find a good shipping company and get the price per pair of shoes, give the shipping options to the customer by UPS AND EMS with different delivery time.

**I REALLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS ON AMAZON OR EBAY!**

Especially on Amazon. Here are some potential pitfalls.

1) Shipping time complaints. Customers want their stuff in a couple of days, not a couple of weeks.
2) If your customer gets a seizure notice from customs, you WILL lose your accounts IMMEDIATELY. It may also cause you other problems.

For someone who has never seen one, those customs notices are SCARY! I know that if I had received one before I was "in the know" so to speak, I probably would be on the phone with customs, Amazon or eBay, PayPal or my credit card company, etc. I would also probably turn your information over to customs, or another law enforcement agency.

If you have a website, and let's say you were selling replica Rolexes AS replica Rolexes, then maybe it would be OK. But not for an Amazon buyer purchasing some software or DVD's.

Dropshipping on amazon works great, it's only on ebay where I've had customers ask where their package is, amazon customers don't mind long shipping times.
