Actually, your items should NOT be seized unless they are counterfeits.
Selling counterfeits is a bad idea for a lot of reasons. But let us forget for a moment that it is illegal. There are still other issues, such as:
Bad quality
Misspellings
Wrong UPC codes
Customer returns
Customer complaints
Lost accounts
And there is more.
Your user name scares me somewhat. If you have limited funds and are thinking of taking what you have left and buying counterfeit items, you could easily LOSE that money. Customs seizrues are an issue. And not eveything you get will be sellable. Sometimes the quality is very bad.
Do you have enough money to hire an attorney if you get caught? Defending a criminal case costs at least $5,000 to hire a decent attorney. And a copyright or trademark owner may also sue you in civil court for damages. That is not AS expensive, but can still cost a couple of thousand dollars.
A lot of new people find DHgate and think it is easy to do this. Just buy a couple cases of items, sell them and make a ton of money. The reality is very different. Just search the forums for the words attorney, or counterfeit, or infringement. You will see several posts where people are begging for help because they got caught and don't know what to do.
There is no such thing as easy money.
