Package Held in Canadian Customs

I shipped one DVD set to a Canadian customer, I checked the USPS tracking it says: into a foreign customs, for the past 5 days is that normal? I shipped it priority mail. I am wondering someone else had their package held in customs for that long.

I doubt it would be confiscated, but you never know. Did you correctly mark the value on the customs form?

yes I did, one package just cleared the customs.

Prob just delay in reporting. Happens rarely.
