I once had an EMS package go missing for 46 days. It never showed landing in the US. The tracking's last entry was for leaving Guangzhou. I was sure it was lost. 46 days later it showed up. Now how's that for express service. There never was an explanation.

EMS can take FOREVER literally it seems.

Its supposed to be within 7 business days, not including weekends or Holidays from the day it was actually picked up.

Usually 3-5 business days from the time tracking shows it left China, however as mentioned I have had some take weeks, and even months then finally show up.

But its showing that package was delivered to you today. Just need to be a little patient.

Is this possible that when I can not find my tracking information on site,supplier didn't send me my parcel yet?

what country is the shipment coming from?
your shipper has not prepared a shipping label,or using a different carrier or not using tracking ,or there is no tracking with the carrier.
