Hey, New here and just reading through everything. Quite experienced in this area. Didnt have one problem till last November, shortly after that bomb was found in that ink cartridge that was found on a FedEx plane going to America. That was through DHL, tried to import again through DHL the following month to different address and was again confiscated so i stopped using that method and went back to EMS.
Had no problem, then i sent 5 boxes of trainers to an address in April, 1st box to land was confiscated in Conventry, the 4 others that landed got through easily.
Since then parcels have got through, about 6-8 since April, but they now take forever to get through. Often sitting in customs for 3 days at a time. Just been banned from ebay and paypal too. Gather there is a big shake up going on.

Was it just the running shoes in the seized packages mate?

Yes. Bit bored of all the effort now with them tbh. Going to knock it on the head for awhile.

Please could you elaborate on why MS stuff is so likely to get seized...

so ive just found out that the last package has been returned back to chia for some reason?????? not seiezed.

Had (my first) 3 packages get through fine and I would say quickly. 1 EMS, 2 DHL, all were fairly small packages mind.

Hello "LittleMoreStealth" No I haven't had any seizures from China I base my opinions on facts, which my forums posts are my friend I don't see the point in moaning about this. You know what are you importing you know the risks and implications regarding these sorts of items etc. If you deal in them and get the seized it's your own fault no one else's.

If the packages are scanned its pretty easy to see its CDs. Not really gona be legit is it? a CD from China?

i was a parcel missing from 3 posted on the same day it turned up yesterday over a week later than rest i thought it was kidnapped

so it got through as did another yesterday

so far so good touching lots of wood :D

@GrannyT, having these kind of arguments in this thread is definitely beating the dead horse over and over and over!! Pointless, don't stoop :)

Just because you run multiple accounts, it doesn't mean you don't pay tax.

The people at risk are not going to be people selling legit items, paying tax and using stealth details. It will more likely be the people selling counterfeit, not paying tax and using stealth details. :)
