Is there a number i can call to get it unstuck. i needed this package like last week.

June 16th was last week - last Thursday - how quick do you expect it to be? Is it ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or VERO? - sorry OP - not enough info for anyone to really help

Well it came in Saturday morning like 3 am.. been there ever since. it was 20 small pieces of unbranded items .. don't really know what the hold up is.

The terms more suitable would be counterfeit and branded. :p

If their are no problems, then I would say your item could be with you Tuesday.

probably a chance you are going to get a letter in the mail. I have never had any packages sit longer than 2 days in customs. Also, it might have cleared and be on its way. But I don't know about that, usually they always update tracking when it clears customs

Last week my supplier informed me UK custom is very strict these days. he got several parcel held by UK custom. therefore, he sent me via DHL it was very quick though.

i have had about 2,000 vero items pass through US customs with no problem so far. Dont know what the hold up is

Oh, I thought you said it was unbranded and didn't know what the hold up was but now you think it has likely been seized. I won't hold my breathe then.

open a virtual PO Box. google for more info. They will forward all your mail for your (including packages). A very easy way to get another address to receive packages at in case your current address gets blacklisted.

WOW。total amount more than my packages to usa last year.

My first 2 EMS packages ever are being ridiculous too. My first package lists as not even leaving China and it has been almost 2 weeks.

Should always use DHL suppliers saying. their less strict that any other carrier. Fedex is the worst I was told.

I had packages in NY customs for two weeks. Not all is lost yet, I got them too.

Sounds like there is a crackdown going on in NY right now. These things happen. If the items are not branded, not copyrighted and not otherwise illegal, you will get them after a delay. Otherwise, they will likely be seized.

USPS, DHL, UPS.... Makes no difference when the crackdowns come. Customs takes one entry point, holds ALL packages received over a specific time frame and inspects EVERYTHING. If your package lands duiring a crackdown and it contains contraband, it is NOT the carrier's fauilt that your items get seized.
