Package held in UK customs
 

My package has finally arrived to my country but it's been held in customs for a week and I'm getting worried. It's my 1st time ordering something from another country :S. I ordered an anime figure and it doesn't look suspicious at all. I checked the EMS tracking but it hasn't updated since it went into customs. This is the last info I got: Arrival at inward office of exchange and Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner. Office: COVENTRY PARCELFORCE United Kingdom. Please tell me if it's going to be ok. I've been looking forward to that figure XD. And, those of you who have more experience, if it's ok, how long will it stay in customs?

Contact them and see if they have it ready. I have customers in the UK and canada check on pkgs all the time that are sitting idle for too long. Most of the time they email me back and say all is good..

I got it out of customs but now it's in royal mail. The latest info I got from EMS is:

So then I used the tracking system with royal mail at the post office website thing. And this was the info I had:

I don't know what charges theyre talking about :/ does that mean that they wont post it to me until I paid those charges I don't know about? I'm really confused... Please help :)
