just got this email from penis force lol, does this mean my parcel as not been seized, like i said not one letter as gone to the address at all!!

I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your parcel and can understand how frustrating the delay must be for you. I must advise you that your parcel is currently with the UK Border Agency awaiting customs clearance.
As the UKBA are a separate organisation from Parcelforce Worldwide, I must advise we have no control over the length of time they take to process parcels. Due to this, I am sorry I cannot give a definite date when your parcel will clear with UK Border Agency and be released back to Parcelforce Worldwide.
Once your item has cleared Customs, it will be sent on to your local depot within 2 working days of being released by the UKBA.
If no customs charges have been raised on your parcel, delivery will be attempted the first possible working day.
If there are charges raised on your parcel your item will be held at your local depot pending payment of these charges. We will send a letter of notification regarding the charges raised with a 17-digit number required for us to take payment.
Once this has been received you can pay your charges online at
Parcel Delivery Services - UK and International - Parcelforce Worldwide and click the “receiving a parcel” tab. Alternatively you can call us on 08448 004466 to pay your charges. Once your charges have been paid, the parcel will delivered to the original address on the parcel on the day selected.
If you have not received a letter requesting payment of charges, or received your item within 7 working days of clearing Customs, please contact us and we will investigate.
