I honestly don't know! Don't you have a friend that could take delivery for you?

I haven't had a letter from customs for one that got seized over 3 months ago! My seller re sent mine again but because so many have been seized she had it sent from a firm in London!!

I may contact this firm to see if they will supply me direct to avoid me going through all the stress of parcel force!

I was lucky that i found a good honest supplier off a Chinese site and it helped that she didn't get paid until i confirmed delivery!

Its soul destroying with all these parcels getting seized! Let us know if they get to you

If you stop importing counterfeit goods you'll find all your shipments will get through. ;)

Hi new here.....received this on two parcels sent over. to two different addresses. how will the status change if they are seized?

I would call your delivery company for any update. They will know what happened, not some forum.

And Still No package Or Update!
I belive it was Lost! I am Out 750.00 ....Ouch!

Get your wallet ready. Appears you are going to have some charges to pay to have the items released.

IF goods are being imported AND duties end up being payable, re-examine your business plan.

Your seller is not doing the correct thing and costing you money if they are under-declaring the true value of the goods. This is the usual reason for seizures by Customs

seems like a long time now.........it is vero.

So should I call parcelforce myself? and the sender has said family gift on the package. Im never buying anything from China again :(((((

Phone them & see what they say.

As the IMPORTER you should have told the seller to NOT try to lie to avoid duties.

The sellers already know this & try to mislead buyers into hoping they will not have to pay duties for importation.

It was just one small handbag that I bought :(((( I did call parcelforce they said that the package is with customs and can probably stay there for another 10 days :'( anyway like I said it was my first time buying something from chinese website had no idea it would be so troublesome! Never again

I hope this does work out OK.

It's one of the perils of bringing items into a country.

Did you manage to get your parcel, mine is exactly like this been there for 1 week now (08.11.12) - have I lost my parcel?

Hi mine turned up 3 weeks later with a £50 customs charge. Customs are going thru most parcels coming in from China now via EMS. So you will get a customs charge + Parcelforces charge £13.50.
