DHL 'Clearance Delay'
 

I'm new here. It was also my first time using DHL.

Anyways, I bought a pair of shoes on the 31st. They got mailed out on Friday.

These shoes are not the counterfeit or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ones, they are from a company that makes its own brand and own shoes, called 'Dons footwear'.

Wonder what the clearance delay is about?

Are clearance delays procedure? Are they normal? It seemed to pass through Hong Kong fine.


Has customs seized it? Is there any way to retrieve it, if this is that case?

Well it would pass through Hong KOng fine as thats where half of the counterfeit / ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items are shipped from around the world!

Clearance delay not sure unless they are inspecting the package which if they arent counterfeit you should be fine

dont know what it means but just had the same on mine... 1st time iv seen it aswell... any info?
