My package got stopped by UK Customs!!!

Hello everyone,

I ordered some ralph lauren hoodies from China (12 all together) and UK customs checked it and confiscated all of them. I received a letter from UK customs which i had to sign and send back staying that I am not going to do it again ( which I did). It was 2 months ago. The address (which was on packaging) was the same as my paypal address with my name on it (slightly different spelling).

Can UK customs work together with paypal to track me? Should I continue selling there or leave it for now?

why are you worried,because you want to buy more or what?

i do think if they really wanted to track you paypal would cooperate with customs officials but 12 hoodies,i would not be worrying at all

After that happened i do not use my address at all for any international shipments.

I just thought that it would be very easy for customs to track like this because they have my address and if they talk with paypal, they can confirm who registered under that address. After that, for example, paypal can send monthly reports from that account. What do you guys think or it is easier for paypal just close my account.
Do you think this is something they can do??

You can use the address to sell from.

A sensible person would not be still importing phakes to any address would they?

If that's what you want to do, then that's silly.

The first thing you did wrong is that you signed a statement and that put a note on your address that your being a bad boy/girl.

As soon as it happened with me, I changed my supplier. The new supplier provided to me complete set of documents about the staff which I buy. Thanks,,
