I have the exact same problem with 1 of my parcels sent via EMS .

Its in International hub over 2 weeks now.

How is DHL,Feedax this days? are they checking all the parcels too?

I had 3 parcels from DHL in the last week - no issues / delays.

DHL & FED EX came thro 'fine for us as well.

Even came from a new supplier so that was a bonus :juggle:

The longest mine was in was 23 days... its only EMS that had there items stopped... Any item after May 15th should go thru normal...!!!

Hi mate,can i ask how do you know that after May 15th everything goes back to normal?

did you call parcel force or something?

Im going to place a few order tomorrow so i want to know witch shipping company to use :)

Hi, come to update my parcel status, it changed to "Awaiting customs charging" today. I dunno how long it will take.

well got some news on one of my packages, but how can this one which came 4 days later than the first 4 be coming through first? Help please have my other been seized?
says its out for delivery tomorrow

All of my 7 packages been released with charges and delivered, after 23 days :-D happy that I have finally got hold of my stock! hopefully the situation will change very soon with Parcelforce, but for now, its DHL for me all the way....!

Is that 23 days in total from the country it was posted to or 23 days total time with customs? Also the charges you recieved how did they calculate what you should pay?!

Mine is still stuck on received and processed, ive asked my supplier to send me more out but i dont know if they will :/ ill give it to this weekend before i get worried and think they've seized my parcel

1 of mine was in UK customs for 23 days b4 getting released with charges. thay opened all my parcels and put chsrges on all of them... which i was more than happy to pay just to get my items...

I have first parcel awaiting customs clearance since 28/5
second went through and is stuck at international hub received and processed 1/6 but that was sent later than tthe first.
cracking me up is the 12 delay true.

ive got another awaiting clearance since tuesday only usually takes a day or two , they still running very slow or what? nightmare they are, first package from the 18th of may still not moved either !

It's doing my nut in checking everyday

Am hoping moves on 12th either one of them both got different movements

Ordered one few weeks back was through in 3to4 days

i rang parcel force and customs in coventry, thay said all EMS parcels between May 1st - May 14th are beiong checked and any item after that will be a random but may have a delay due to the back log... i have since started using DHL (iv had to make bigger orders from my supplyer to get the posting free) but every parcel since has sailed strate thru...

i think there will be alot of EMS delays untill the olympics are over :pout:

Thats my second parcel through but my first is still the same received and processed ' In progress ' :)

also i didnt post it in my name or my address just incase the first one had been stopped but ive recieved no letter telling me its seized yet so fingers crossed

Hi I spoke to pf they said customs are 15 days behind said I shud have movement all being well on first parcel tomorrow or the next day and one that was handed to customs on 1/6/12 shud have movement on 15th or 16th

Not so much as a re-order my suppplier sent me out the same thing but only a fraction of my order is garuntee'd , but yes was the same thing , sent to a different address and name , i havent received any from may though , parcelforce said theres still delays and the guy above said theres still delays also, if its seized would of had a letter through already so im hoping they get there act together and get me my first parcel that cost me 1500gbp lol
