you can call dhl and arrange to pay cash on delivery?
since they cant deliver to a mailbox, you will need to give them your physical address to deliver it to you.

I call them if notifed it is held for payment
They call me if notified if held for payment
The driver arrived yesterday with five boxes and collected £70 and I did not know they were coming so soon and had not been held!!

Not sure why you are experiencing problems using entropay on the DHL site. I have regularly used 3v to pay duty.

dunno about entro but I have tried paying stuff with another unsupported card, and some places do not want it. You usually have an error message come up though stating that, so no message?

It just gives me a message saying that my card has been declined. That is all really. When I go to entropay account, after dhl declined message, it shows me that they blocked the amount which I was trying to pay on dhl website. Why would entropay block the amount which I was trying to pay to dhl if nothing went through??? Another question, does the address on virtual card ( the one which i put on dhl website) has to match of delivery address? Thanks,,

Can you not contact DHL and explain you will pay the driver, cash?

I did this yesterday and it was for £70+, I do not seem to get a hold on items they come out straight away.
Alternatively if DHL are close, pop in and collect, again this can be with cash.

I have never had any success with their online payment service.

entropay usually send an email with info.

What else have you been doing with entropay?

How long have you had the account open?
How did you fund entropay?

How many cards have you active?

Shudders. Sounding like a bizzie

Hi, I did not do anything with entropay. I just opened one card and loaded £10 on it. I had this account for 2 months. I fund my account with my real debit card. I HAD only one card and a week ago I opened another card in the same account with @@@name on it. So now I have one entropay account and two cards ( one card without any name on it and another card with @@@ name). So now I will try to pay from the card which has @@@ name on it because the one which does not have name on it - did not work last time. So WHAT DO YOU THINK I DID WRONG. IS THAT NORMAL THAT THE ENTROPAY CARD WITHOUT NAME WOULD NOT GET THROUGH??? THANKS,,,
