Ordering from China getting shipped to US question

Hey guys new to this forum but I had a question.

I am buying wholesale clothes from a company in china and getting it sent to the US.

I was wondering what is the paypal process and the Custom process if anyone has went through this before?

I'm paying paypal and the seller doesn't want the payment to have anything written regarding the order. Is this standard procedure when ordering from China via paypal?

He refunded my payment and asked me to resend it without anything written.

Anyone else go through this

Welcome to the forum.

Get a different seller.

You face the high chance of your buyer's protection not working if the seller gives you these sorts of instructions.

Imported goods need to be correctly defined for customs and duties.

A description of a transaction is common. One without is dodgy.

With regards to this transaction - you have shown a cardinal rule....if it seems fishy, it probably is Good hold back on the re-payment via pp.

Feel the seller out - if he seems trustworthy, do want you feel. But I tend to really on cc payment for orders like this

It would be possible for customs to seize and destroy the clothes I assume
