Amaz0n Uploading Tracking Numbers for each order

Personally for my amaz0n stealths ( i have about 3 or so ) i never bothered to upload the Tracking Numbers.

But amaz0n prefers the sellers to upload the tracking information and even gives "points" to increase your seller rating if you do so.

My worry and fear was that by automatically linking the USPS/Stamps.com account to each amaz0n account would have them linked ? What do you guys do for this situation?
What I mean is that "linking" the Postage / such as Stamps.com account to automatically upload the Tracking Info can lead you getting your stealth accounts linked?

Thanks but can you elaborate? What does everybody else do to ensure the Tracking is available to the customers, for each individual Amaz0n order that is placed? Do you simply use the method to buy postage directly on the Amaz0n account?
