When I go to print bulk shipping it downloads a DLL file and nothing happens

You have to force open it with Adobe Reader!

If you are talking about the multi order shipping from Paypal, it happens randomly due to JAVA. It's really annoying.

You can do it with adobe or try to see if there's a client whose address info is incorrect or incorrect format or missing.

Also instead of mass printing all 50 pages, sometimes doing it 10 at a time helps.
