Good news for big businesses or for small (and/or starting) businesses? If for 50k, then only for the big ones. And therefore they can beat "small businesses" prices in listings once again.

Yea, good news for them. I would not be surprised if eBay is somehow able to lobby USPS for some better discounts as they have with top Rated Sellers getting Commercial Plus Pricing. All you can do is cross your fingers.

They probably already do and just keep the rate the same for all of us sellers, and they keep the profits instead of passing the savings on to us

theres a reason why big companies don't use USPS and its not about prices. tracking and always late are huge problems. the claim day priority but **** takes 4-5 days to arrive.
