You receive the phones and they're pants.
You send them back via which method? Royal Mail or other courier?
Before leaving the UK they are seized?
Do these phones bear any distinctive trademark issues, i.e. look or design to big named phone brands beginning with A or S? Any logos or such?

Are you saying a parcel you were sending back to China got seized?
If so, you should be seriously considering getting legal advice.

yea got seized when I tried to send them back to the supplier in China. It was s5's. But I have proof of purchase and I didn't sell them, so that makes it a bit easier.

You bought items as a retailer, realised they were ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and sent them back?

This is not a case for you to get assistance from internet strangers.
IF HRMC think there is an issue, and have advised you of police involvment, it does not necessarily make it easier.
