Whatever you do, DO NOT let your supplier con you into waiting and waiting until the complaint period is up!
Other than that, DHgate is very good about refunding money in these cases.
Use a chargeback only as a last resort.
One thing is strange about this, I have never heard of packages being seized for this reason. Maybe it is something new, but in the past they would just require you to pay a small amount of tax on the order. And even THAT almost never happened. |
