DHL to contact importer?

I got a product that we used our SSN for taxes for customs. No business registered. Do they want a tax id from a Inc.? (nothing generic, or branded, or a copy of a brand). Just shipping packages/material.

Have you asked DHL? I think it would depend a lot on how much you are importing vs. content

Ahh it passed, seems my supplier is a 3rd party and didn't include the original company that made my product. It passed and I'll get it tomorrow! :)

Looks like it's time to cut out the 3rd party and go directly to the supplier it self now.
