I've ordered clothes from AliExpress and tracked the number via 17Track which the package has arrived at UK Exchange Bureau on 28th of August 2015 but it's 7th of September and I still haven't received it as normally I will receive it 1-2 days after it arrives in UK?

Maybe they don't like your items, and your parcel is seized. Better to drop them a call.

Your local post is Royal Mail. So if they won't be able to help, you should contact customs.
