Account restriced over 3 years ago, my options

I had an ebay account over 3 years ago that got restricted indefinitely because i had a 3.9 shipping star rate out of 5.
I dont believe i ever made it to the point of giving them my social, and i never hit the $20,000 mark.
(I asked my account to be closed after it was restricted)
The paypal however is still active, and has not been used in years.
I have two other very active ebay accounts in my household (Which never got linked) my cousins, who both sell pretty much the same things i was selling
as its a family business sorta, (Mainly nerdy items).
We have different last names, which is why i dont think it was ever linked.
I was wondering since over three years have passed if i have any options other than stealth here?
I can easily get a new e-mail and phone number, and new bank info (ip address is also different now), but my name and address will still be the same.
I dont want to risk their accounts, but id also like selling again. I read on here years back that ebay kinda lets older accounts go over the years,
and my reason for the suspension really wasn't that bad. Would it be too risky to call in and maybe ask for rein-station? i can come up with some story talking about how ive learned over the years selling in other places how to run a business. Or do you think i might be able to startup a new account, and take it really slow?

You could call up eb and try for reinstatement - nothing is 100% is certain.

As for starting up new account, learn stealth and use ALL NEW info - don't mess with old info.

Make sure eb accounts don't get linked to your cousins'.

Your active paypal - operate it linkfree, don't get it killed.

Yea, if you got suspended for shipping rate. I would call eBay and try to work it out. That is definitely an account that you could be salvaged.

Ive been searching but cant really find anything. Are there any guides on what to talk to the reps about, best times to call, what number to call etc..? Also, would it be against me that i asked the account to be closed back then? Really appreciate the replies

Would just call them and explain the situation, be polite and see if they have someone that can help you. eBay missed earnings last quarter so they definitely need people selling items.

First call today, ended up talking to someone in Safety. Since i had deleted my account 3 years ago when it got suspended, he said he couldn't find any record of the account anymore, and suggested that i just make a new account. (even after i told him i was calling over the deleted account being suspended). He said just make a new account to see if they will let me make a new one, (he kept saying they had no record of my previous account, but he couldnt confirm if any of my details were still in the system). Im not sure what to do here.. seems sketch and a quick way to get the other two healthy accounts in my household linked.
