Default Parcel delivery company

I have used Myhermes for big parcels like 12Kilo they cost £12.00 insured for £75
But 2 have gone missing in 2 weeks and I am putting an claim in it takes 14 days to sort
I was wondering what everyone else uses for big parcels as I'm sure Royal
Mail would be over £25 for this weight and size so that's not an option

Thx
Steve

For big parcels use DPD. They are by far the most reliable. They have very high standards.

Your best bet is using parcel2go mate. It will look at the options for you.

Never had a problem with Hermes on small low value items, under £25 & 2kilo.
Over that use DPD through parcel2go local drop off & next day delivery

https://www.parcel2go.com/ would be a good one to look into. They can get you multiple quotes / best price from a few different couriers.

I normally only use Royal Mail but parcel2go are good for when I need to send bigger or heavier packages. Once you enter package size and weight they give you a good choice of several different couriers with clearly displayed prices and delivery times etc. Prices are cheaper than booking direct with parcel force but you can still drop off parcel force packages at post office when booked via parcels2go.
