Default Paypal - Add Card or Account First?
Hey all

Just wondering if it is best to add a bank account first or a card first on paypal?

I am right in thinking to get paypal all sorted in terms of verification and THEN create the ebay to then link them together?

Personally I go

Bank account
Verify bank account

Then

Add card Card
Confirm card
